Well, you can find them on E-bay but otherwise I would look for a carving store near you. http://www.chippingaway.com is a fantastic place for wood carving wants and while the site may or may not list decoy blanks directly you could just call them and question. They are really nice public there and would doubtless even be able to cut you some if you sought after.
