So, I’m trying to decorate our bedroom (on a shoe string budget).
We are newlyweds with very different styles. My husband is an avid outdoors man and hunter.
While I like the outdoors I don’t want to live in a hunting lodge.
In an effort to keep all of his hunting paraphernalia in one room I’d like to put it all in our bedroom. (keeps it out the parts of the household where guests would be)
He’s got several paintings, drawing and pictures of hunting scenes, two mounted deer heads, one mounted elk (it’s huge) and one turkey tail. Along with some carved ducks.
What I’m thinking is doing it like a 50′s style lounge meets hunting lodge. Reckon along the lines of if Frank Sinatra had a weekend hunting lodge.
I’m thinking putting all of the photos and “heads” on one wall. Maybe paint the wall a silvery pale gray or a pale blue. Either leaving the frames the mismatched woods that they are or painting them all silver or white.
Painting the other parapet either pale blue or maybe white. I thought I could add silver vintage elements (maybe paint some of the wood ducks silver).
Maybe use chocolate auburn as an accent?
Any opinions or suggestions?
Do you think this could look clean?

Ok I’m a very big bird hunter like it to death and we have a saying if it’s flying it’s dieing and I would like to do a t shirt with that on it with doves ducks and geese with black and yellow labs on it aswell with if it’s flying on top it’s dieing on bottom how would you do that and were would you get the decals and what would you use to make it? My Aunt has a farm, w/ two geese of different species…same age, one male one female. I wonder: is it against their scenery to mate outside of their species? OR, will like (lust) conquer all and will they try to consumate?
Hello i have a 2-3 week old duck. He is too big for the tote he is income in right now and we dont have a larger one. So i think its time for him to go outside:)

he is a positively big duckling for his age, he is a crested with the poof on his head.
My question is what things do i need to make him a household in my backyard. Could i use a dog household, a dog crate ect?
im going to make him a pen with a top so nothing can get him. also could you tell me what things could help prevent animals and such from getting into his pen?
i am going to get him a baby pool once he has all of his spine.
right now its 95 degree’s out and its been warm for quite a while so i think he will be fine income outside. and on cold days i will bring him in and at night to sleep.

Hi. I live in Louisiana. I’ve been raising ducks for about 8 years now. I would like to raise some Mandarin and Call ducks but can’t seem to find any. I’ve by now looked at McMurray Hatchery but they are sold out. Does anyone know where I can buy some or where else I can look. Thanks in advance for your help!
