Question by ?Wolf Lover Girl?: Walking on riverbank. Red animal poo? Soft. Help!?
No this isn’t a joke. I was walking along the riverbank next to this forest and it was very marshy but we was waking on the path (well it was trambled down grass) and we saw this thing ….
It as only small about the 2 and a half inches maybe.
It was a kind of mahogany red. More red really. Positively dark.
It looked soft and fairy sqwidgy (but I didn’t want to touch it)
At first I honestly thought it was some kind of animal liver, becuase that’s what it looked like (or what I reckon liver looks like)
But we chose to carry on walking and we saw some more. All the same size (ish) same coulor and everything. We must have see about 15-18 on the path all spaced out about 4 feet. They all looked positively fresh becuase they was subdue runny and that but they must have been their at least 40mins else we would have seen them on the track.
And we didn’t know what it was. Animal poo? It looked to sloppy. Animal sick? It looked a bit red for that. But we didn’t know what it could be. So I posted this on here.
It was a bring shame on because we didn’t have the camera.
We saw some other animals and here is the list (so you know what was in the area)
we saw a heron
it looked like an otter had been close because we saw loads of oyster shells
we saw what I’m curten was a fox den but it force have been badger.
And loads of small birds and a few ducks.
Please help and take me seriously. Thank you.
P.s if you know any sites with an identification chart or anything that force help me please tell me.
Thanks
